When you apply for a card, we try to like your card automatically to an existing account at your address, so you can share points and earn rewards quicker.
A household can only have one Wroes Rewards account. This allows us to monitor your household purchases and send you appropriate offers, it also means that you can earn your rewards quicker. If you would rather earn your rewards separately from any other cards on your household account, please submit a request here and give us your 2 card numbers.

How accounts work
Your account can have multiple card holders, who, in turn, can have multiple cards. All members of an account must live in the same household.
Points are earned by an account, and can only be converted and redeemed by the Primary Card Holder.
You can see who the Primary Card Holder is and change it to another member card holder here

What is a secure code?
What is a secure code?
To save you having to remember more and more passwords, we use a secure code system to log you into your account.
Just enter your card number and email address when asked and we will send you a secure code by email. You can then use this secure code to login with.
The secure code is valid for only 24 hours, but you can choose to stay logged in to our app so once logged in, you don't have to login again.

You do not need a password to log in to our Reward App, just your card number and your email address.
Enter your card number and email that is registered against your account at https://wroes-rewards.co.uk and we will email you a secure code that you enter into our app to allow you access to your account.
If you cannot log in, or you get a message saying that we did not recognise your details, it may be that we don't have your email address and so we will redirect you to a page where you can update your email address. Alternatively, ask in store or use the link below to send us your card number and email and we can update your account for you.

Yes. If you do not use your card for 12 months, we will suspend your account and expire your points.
Make sure you don't lose out by using your card at least once per year!

How does the Wroes Reward Card work?
How does the Wroes Reward Card work?
The Wroes Reward Card is our way of saying "Thank you for shopping with us".
Scan your Reward Card, or show the barcode on your Wroes Rewards App, each time you shop with us and we will reward you with 2 points for every pound that you spend with us.
When you have earned 100 points, you will be able to convert your points into a Reward Voucher which you can redeem in store.
By showing your Reward Card each time you shop, we will be able to get to know our customers better and so we will be able to improve our shopping experience. We will also be able to reward you with extra tailored Exclusive vouchers.

To redeem your Reward Points, login to your online Wroes reward Account online or via the app and if you have more than 100 points, you will see a button on the Home screen that says "
Convert your points
Click the button and your Reward Points will be converted into a Reward Voucher and will be available on the your "Vouchers" page.
